Terms of Use.

These terms apply to your use of dressage-online.com (the site), run by Schoolers Dressage Online (Schoolers, we, us), based in Cambridge, Waikato, New Zealand. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Entering a PRX™ test is also covered by our Schoolers Rules. How we handle your personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy.

• You can browse, read and download our free resources for your own personal, non-commercial training use.
• Please don't copy, resell, republish or reframe our content, tests, diagrams, scoresheets, videos or games without our written permission.
• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to access areas you shouldn't, interfere with how it runs, scrape it, or upload anything harmful or unlawful.
• You must be 16 or older to enter or create an account, or have a parent or guardian enter on your behalf.

All content on the site, including Schoolers tests and arena diagrams, articles, podcast material, photography, video, the Schoolers Snap game, logos and the PRX™ name, belongs to Schoolers or is used with permission. Nothing on the site gives you a licence to use it beyond personal training use.

Articles, commentary and coaching content are general training information. They are not a substitute for in-person instruction, veterinary advice or your own judgement about what is safe for you and your horse.

• You keep ownership of your test videos. By entering, you give us permission to view them and share them with our judge for judging and commentary.
• We will only use your video, or clips from it, in our own marketing or social media with your permission.
• If you send us a testimonial, photo or comment, you confirm it is yours to share and that we may publish it. We use initials unless you tell us otherwise.
• You're responsible for making sure anyone else in your video (including people filming or on the ground) is happy to be in it.

Horse riding carries inherent risk. You choose when, where and how you ride and film your test, and you are responsible for the safety of yourself, your horse and anyone helping you. Schoolers is not responsible for injury, loss or damage that happens while you ride, train or film.

• Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Payment is taken securely through Stripe when you submit an entry. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Refunds and changes to entries are covered in our Schoolers Rules.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, where they apply.

The site links to other services, such as YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, Facebook and Stripe. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error free or up to date. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

To the extent allowed by law, Schoolers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the entry concerned.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction over any dispute.
